Return Period

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the moment you receive your order.

When a return or exchange is possible

1. The product didn’t fit or didn’t meet expectations

  • The product must remain sealed and unused.

  • Return shipping is paid by the customer.

2. You received the wrong product

  • Return shipping is fully covered by TORBAFOOD.

  • The correct item will be sent after confirmation with our manager.

When a return is not possible

  • The product has been opened, damaged, or shows signs of use.

  • The packaging, seals, or completeness have been compromised.

How to request a return or exchange

  1. Contact a TORBAFOOD manager via your preferred messenger or email.

  2. The manager will provide:

    • warehouse address,

    • recipient details,

    • detailed shipping instructions.

  3. Send the product back in its original packaging.

Refund process

  • Refunds are issued after we receive the returned product and confirm its integrity.

  • Funds are transferred to the customer’s bank card or business account details.
